We decided to by here for a quick lunch. First off, service took forever to greet us. When we asked for water, they only brought out a few and did not give enough for everyone. One server took our order and passed it along to the next server, they forgot one dish (chicken skewers) which took over 30 minutes to bring us AFTER the rest of of had already eaten our food. On top of that, we asked if we could sub our fries for a salad instead. They didn't disclose that they would charge $3.00 extra for each little salad. Most awful service I've had in a long time and the server or management didn't seem fazed by it at all. The food was not even worth any of that hassle. The IHop across the street would have been a better option at that point. There are so many restaurants in the area to choose from to have an enjoyable experience, I would recommend NOT to waste your time or money with this one.

Lovely place. Dinner was spectacular. I recommend getting the chicken and beef sliders. The starburst drink is delicious. The edamame needs more salt; but really good. The atmosphere was lovely and had live music.

Good but not great. Everything was okay. Not overly impressed but nice view. I sat at the bar because I was dining alone. I went during happy hour so I had appetizers for my food selections. The spinach artichoke dip was really good. The chicken...ehh. my drink was pretty...but ehh...most of what I had I feel I could make better at home.

Looking for a chill bar with a live band, ended up here. Unfortunately we were too early for the band but still enjoyed ourselves. Was not busy at all for a Saturday, so we sat outside and people watched while we enjoyed our drinks. The drinks were a little pricey but not surprising for a tourist town and very good. Great souvenir glasses too. Ordered some appetizers that were great. Ashleigh was our waitress and she was super friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and certainly return!!

we had a BLAST! We went on a Thursday night. The Live Band Karaoke was horribly hilarious. The drinks were good and the service was great. I enjoyed the Mahi Sandwich but the Calamari was a little bland.

Came here for drinks with a bunch of people. Can't say anything about their food but the cocktails are way too sweet for my taste. I should have stuck with a safe vodka or gin and tonic. They have live music and the place gets pretty crowded late in the evening. If it's a warm night there is seating outdoors which would be nice since it's right by the ocean.

My wife and I like to stop here when at the beach on a sunday to have a drink. Sit outside and enjoy the people watching, The drink prices are great since the Sunday happy hour starts at 4pm. The house wine is great for $3 as are the well drinks. There is a long list of "SPECIALTY DRINKS" for $4 including: Icy Mai Tai Aloha Tini Peach Elixir Martini Mandarin Sweet Tea Cooler On The Hook Martini Red Sangria Lava Flow Hpnotiq Breeze Martini Cucumber Melon Crush Plantation Tea We have never eaten here so I can not comment on the food. We usually eat at Bubba Gumps or Hyde Park steak house.

Four stars for ample seating, especially outside right in front of the bandshell! Firecracker shrimp and popcorn shrimp were great and the Mai Thais were definitely tasty but could be stronger to be honest! My girlfriend and I tried the cucumber melon and sangria martini and they were not as good as their Mai Thai options, stick to the classics! Would go back for the atmosphere and with visitors from out of town though; probably during happy hour!

Mai Tais is a lot of fun. Great atmosphere, CHEAP drinks, awesome Mai Tais, and fun music. At night this place has become the place to be. The food here is pretty decent too. P.S. Daytona host the NCAA cheer competition every year in April and this is place seems to be the cheerleaders' favorite spot.

Loved this place ! Great late night specials. Icy Mai Tai's are awesome for $4 and also the cucumber melon cooler was so refreshing. Appetizers are pretty good, especially the Angus sliders. Highly recommend. Overall nice place although the rest was dead but ended up having a nice time.

Drinks: 5 stars Food: 3 stars My friends and I checked this place out 3 times during our stay in Daytona. Location is great since there is a huge parking lot nearby and beach/boardwalk on the other side. We stayed indoors for 2 of our visits but I definitely recommend sitting outside in the patio. The ambience is very relaxing with live music performed in the evening. Our group came here mainly for drinks so we tried ordering all the specialty drinks on the menu. From what I recall, the best ones were lychee mai tai, lava flow, and cucumber melon. Yes, they were all very sweet but that's how we like our cocktails so the drinks were perfect for us. The food was just alright. Herb, parmesan fries were good but the flat bread pizza and calamari were just ok. The calamari dish was actually only 50% calamari and 50% vegetables; what a disappointment. But even with the disappointment in food, the drinks were wonderful, specially during happy hour. Definitely recommended for a chill afternoon to grab cocktails with friends.

Stopped in for a few drinks the other night. Nice ocean view and good drinks. Great place to go with another couple and sit outside enjoying the weather.

Been here twice. Drinks are good but pricey. The buffalo sliders are delicious. You only get three so I'd avoid it as a meal. But the view is perfect!

LOVE this place!! The food is to die for especially the fried calamari peppers and jalapenos!! I have loved everything I have ordered here. Including the peach martini. If you're missing Hawaii.... You can get your fix here!

During my recent overnight stay in Daytona, the boy and I were looking for a place to have a late night drink and just chill. It was a Monday night and the place was not busy but not empty either. There was live entertainment that night - a guy and his guitar playing covers. He was actually pretty good! The drink menu and the food menu looked equally good. It was late night happy hour so many of the drinks were super cheap! I ordered a lava flow and decided to get the firecracker shrimp to snack on. My lava flow was only $4! Hell yea! The shrimp was tasty, nothing special about it. It was the perfect little late night snack. The view from the patio was beautiful! Definitely a great place during the day! It was a little chilly that night so we stayed inside. If I'm back in Daytona looking for some good food and drink, I know where I'm going.

Such a great bar. Was on vacation and had such a great time here. The ambiance was an easy A+ and the service, too. Not to mention, the happy hour specials are absolutely fantastic. I liked that I felt like I was sitting in a sophisticated and upscale bar without maxing out the credit card. We had a fabulous time.

Went here on a Friday night. The band inside made it nearly impossible to order a drink or talk with friends. Went outside to get a table, but they were all taken, so we walked onto the deck area that the Mai Tai patio opened up to. After finishing our drinks we walked back to the bar, where we were met by the door guy who angerly said if he caught us outside the patio area again he was going to kick us out. No one warned us that we couldn't take drinks onto the other area and there were no signs (though there was a sign telling us that we couldn't skateboard, which I'm super thankful for as I was totally planning to do so). Awesome place if you like drunk people stumbling around at 8pm, lousy mixed drinks (how hard is it to make a Crown and ginger?), insanely loud music, and impolite wait staff.

Ok. Not a big variety of choices, for food. Only one choice for veggie folks. The atmosphere is great. We came to watch a Billy Joel tribute concert at their amplitheater. Great weather.

Was walking by the boardwalk with my girlfriend and decided to stop for some happy hour drink and appetizers. She had a sangria which was not good at all but I had a mojito which was very good. We ordered some calamari and buffalo chicken sliders. I was disappointed in the sliders as they were very bland and the calamari was ok I suppose. We had a nice table outside and the view of the beach was nice as we ate and drank. The service was fine as well, would probably give this place another chance.

The ambiance here is completely awesome. They have both outside and indoor seating. My friends and I decided to sit inside due to the fact we didn't want the humidity to ruin our hair. The table we sat at had couches and comfy seats for chairs. It was pretty big inside an looked clean. The drink menu looked amazing. An endless amount of tropical drinks and martinis. The menu also offered finger food as well. When we went it was happy hour and the martinis were really cheap, so we each decided to get one. For finger food we got the buffalo chicken sliders, ahi tuna and chicken skewers in a peanut sauce. All of the food was great and the chicken skewers were amazing. In general the place wasn't too busy, probably because it was a Thursday night. We wound up hanging out there for awhile. The martinis tasted really good, however, we noticed that we had literally 5 martinis each and were barley catching a buzz. My friends wound up ordering wine and I decided to get a dirty martini. The waitress was somewhat attentive, but in general, she was really nice. All and all, I would go back for the food but would not recommend any of the cocktails on the menu because of how little liquor thy actually put in it.

We are here visiting from California and stay close. If you want a Mai Tai drink do not come here. We were a party of three and we all ordered Mai Tai's while we sat at the bar. The bartender was rather abrasive that took our order no personality at all. When we received the Mai Tai's they worst we've ever had it didn't even look like a Mai Tai. The drink had a grapefruit color and not pink one either. We knew since our drinks was not right what the food might taste like as well, so we paid for our drinks and left with the drinks in the glass. The two stars is for the ambience. RTA

Went here with my boyfriend in August 2014 while on vacation in Daytona Beach. This was probably the best restaurants/bars we went to during our stay. The food and drinks were very good and inexpensive. The atmosphere was very chill- like a lounge. They had a live bad which was also cool. I don't have anything bad to say other than I wish we would have discovered this place at the beginning of our vacay rather than the last night there. Will definitely return here on my next Daytona Beach vacation.

Wow. If you like a traditional proper Mai Tai, do NOT go here. Their cocktails are chock full of sour mix and sub par fruit juices. I can see why the previous patron threw up at the table on the way out.

Went here for an early dinner before work. Primarily an appetizer bar place. The food was all great, the service not that great. It's convenient and nice if you are in the Hilton and a very short few minute walk.
